Hi, I am Shawn Colin the full-time creative director of Shawn Colin Photography with more than 23 years of experience in weddings, portraits, commercial, lifestyle, and culinary photography.
My clientele expands both locally and nationally with branding and marketing campaigns for McDonald’s, Dance IHC, Willie Mae’s Restaurant,
The Split Second Foundation, Crescent City Childcare, and Vaucresson Sausage Company, among others.
As a New Orleans native, I loves capturing the true essence of the city through the historical events of Krewe of Nefertiti, Krewe of Athena, Krewe of Harmonia, Majestic Krewe of Femme Fatale, and Krewe of Symphony.
Over the last six years,
I have incorporated my craft into destination wedding photography through the beautiful landscapes of Cabo, Jamaica, Costa Rica, Cancun, and Hawaii. I am a loyal member of the Professional Photographers of America and the New Orleans Firefighters 632 Union. In my spare time,
I am an avid marathon runner and a world traveler experiencing culture, food, and art.
